Return window
We accept return requests within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility - INTIMACY BASED PRODUCTS (STRICT)
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original packaging

Free of stains, odors, hair, or any signs of use

Complete with any included accessories (if applicable)
Hygiene and intimate-use restriction
For hygiene and safety reasons, items used for intimate/sexual activity are not eligible for return or refund.
If a returned item shows signs of use or hygiene concerns (including bodily fluids, stains, odors, or other use indicators), the return will be refused and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:

Items returned without original packaging

Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned outside the return window
How to start a return

The name on the order

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for return
(If the item arrived damaged/incorrect, include photos.)
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or the wrong item was sent.

We strongly recommend using a tracked return service.
Refunds
A package in transit cannot be refunded, if you would like to refund it, you should wait for the product to arrive and continue with the refund process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different version, please place a new order after your eligible return is approved.
